The Robert L. Lowe, Sr. Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization whose vision is to improve the quality and lives of individuals, families, businesses, and organization. We do this by actively serving, providing, and contributing to those what is needed to enhance the community in which we live. In previous years, the Foundation has focused on providing financial support to other Non-Profit organizations that support the community.

Founding Father

Robert L Lowe Sr

The Robert L. Lowe, Sr. Foundation is the namesake of Robert Leon Lowe, Sr., a native of Penllyn, PA. Robert attended Ambler High School, and was a military veteran with the United States Air Corps. He received a World War II Victory Medal, and Certificate of Honorable Discharge.

Robert was recognized as “Citizen of the Week” by the Ambler Gazette in 1971 for taking pride in his Penllyn neighborhood. He was known in his neighborhood for being on his tractor cleaning out littered yards or towing away abandoned cars. Robert also attended monthly Lower Gwynedd township meetings to urge the township to enforce residents to maintain their properties to the township standards.
